I don't see it this way. I think a friend wants to protect you so if there is something he knows that hurt you and you don't need to know he shouldn't tell you, but i don't consider it lying.

    Statement #8
I disagree too with the fact that being rich is more important than having close friends. Indeed, money does not bring happiness. But friends, yes! It’s true, money helps. A lot. And money can bring friends too. But if people are your friends because you have money, I guess those friends are not close friends and do not like you for who you really are. I think that the goal of a lot of people is to make money and they do not take the time to take advantage of their life, to build real friendships. For me, life is not just running after money!

People that are poor should rely on their friends, family, or church for help, not the government.
About the fact that a government gives money to the poor people, I agree with Pierre-Nathan: it depends on the case. I am from France which is a social country. Most of people in the country whose government is social pay taxes which the government uses to allow everyone
    - Access to medicine (system called "Social Security" which corresponds to "Obamacare")
    - Retirement
    - Free education
    - Financial assistance for housing for the poorest
    - Support for single-parent households
    - Aid for the unemployed, including those who are looking for work and those who are unable to work (medical reasons, etc.).
    - Other aids...

I think it's great to create a social system that helps poor people in a country. But it must be addressed on a case by case basis. Many people in countries like France are not satisfied because they know they pay taxes in part to people who, for example, do not necessarily want to work while having the opportunity. Indeed, some people receive financial aid if they do not have jobs that are almost as high as the minimum salary, so they prefer not to look for work.

For cons, I do not think that their families and friends have to finance the poorest. It is not their role. I think a defined system is essential. But sometimes they can help them if they want!

"The n-word is more offensive than other racial slurs because of the history of hate behind it."
I disagree about the fact that the n-word is more offensive than other racial slurs because of the history of hate behind it. Indeed, the n-word is pejorative because people called "niggers" black African slaves and they were very badly treated, so racist people kept calling them this way after the slavery abolition in order to put them down. But “nigger” comes from the Spanish word “negro” that comes from the Latin word “niger” that means “black”. So they just stoop them to what they are: black people. Insulting someone of what he or she is is intended to show that what he or she is is an insult. So if we consider that the n-word – that means “black” – is a slur, it means that being black is an insult. But if the n-word would be used in a non-racist context – for example, I know that some black people call each other “nigger” but not as an insult, and sometimes as pride to be black – and would stop to be taboo, then being a “nigger” would not mean being a part of a lower race and Black people would not be soiled this way anymore.
